to make slop restaurant: 1. ensure the name is one word, preferably less than 3 syllables 2. Charge based on what type of protein 3. Overload with vegetables and carbs to reduce input costs
They should just dump the contents of a Sysco or Gordon Food Service truck into a trough and let people go at it 3 minutes at the time for maximum corporate efficiency
