If you’re a high-salaried employee but your real impact isn’t visible to decision-makers, you’re automatically on the layoff radar. This video breaks down why companies follow this rule, how layoffs are driven by perception (not always performance), and what you can do to protect yourself. 👉 Learn how to increase your workplace visibility, build a strong personal brand, and safeguard your career from unexpected layoffs. This is a myth. Click bait…
High visibility one screw up you’re gone 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It depends. "Redundancy" in the pH is either LIFO, or Lowest Performers. At least from a legal standpoint. But your formula can work in conjunction with this above
Layoffs happen to protect themselves.
OMG that was shocking bro.. Manasu thaangadhu pa raja..
No shit sherlock
Bro stop coping and accept reality IT is dying. 😑😑
I got laid off yesterday and it still doesn’t really make sense to me. I was one of the first people to go after working there for a year and a half, and in my last month being there I was in the middle of being trained for an assistant management position started to figure out that I was being paid 4 to 5 dollars less than everyone else I was working withper hour for the same work and more given I was training to manage my peers. I don’t fully understand why I got laid off due to the fact that I was a cheaper asset for them than any other employee. They hired me for that because I’m the youngest person there.
Correct
Nothing so there are x reasons that I witnessed layoffs in my team project and company and this is also one of it
They layoff who they (your boss) doesn't like. It doesn't matter about pay or performance. You better build your network, be liked, and always have your resume ready. One bad review or meeting would signal a time for change. Job hopping always pays more in the long run
If that's the case then Higher management should kicked off first 😂😂 but that's not going to happen they remove the skill and talent but not higher management
Karma will hit back everyone
