Gabriel, I can’t tell you how awesome it is to see a video like this. I’m headed on a 1 year trip to Asia, SE Asia, and finishing in India. Been watching your videos for a long time. You have been a huge inspiration of mine to start this chapter in my life. Thanks for all the inspiration!
Lovable person Adam! Uncomplicated and blissful
Hi Gabriel, I'm sure those prices are always changing each time you travel out to India, even with a weakened dollar. Adam is really passionate about India, I could see him living there permanently in a quiet countryside town like where you're visiting. Where are you passionate about the Greek Islands, but India isn't far behind. Embracing the culture and religious traditions makes India an incredible experience.
At the lowest point of my life I found Ramona maharshi, I took him is my guru, and with his teaching and the teachings of his followers I have found a new way to live. Thank you for taking me to his shrine. I live in Texas and I probably would have never seen these places.
Never heard of Tiruvannamalai before but what a chill looking place it is. Love the south Indian parotta
Here's the old $10 a day in India video from 2012, when I knew how to make a video under ten minutes: /watch?v=8Lxsf7NVCWk
Very enjoyable thanks Adam and Gabriel.
Love you both!! Adam is a welcome addition to India
Very peaceful energy in this episode Friendly and warmhearted people. Just what we need more of, especially at the moment. You two should team up more often. Much gratitude from Norway 🥰
For Adam, that a South Indian Parrata flake and goes well with curries. The sauces are a mix of Dahl, Sambar and Chutney. The coconut is a chutney. Coconut Chutney in South India is almost always guranteed to be awesome. Indians consider South Indian food as healthy for most part and easy on the stomach.
Hey - Adam Met you at a Retreat in Poland in 2024. (The Indian guy at Tu i Teraz) So wild to see you in a video with Gabriel. (Been following for years) 😅
I've been to India twice (for three months from November 1988 to February 1989 and another three months in 1996) and averaged $7 per day both times. Of course, things were a lot cheaper back then and I was staying in extremely basic places and eating mostly in thali places where you just take the next spot available with all the locals and paid 20 cents for the meal. Thirty dollars a day now sounds very reasonable.
This video and the earlier video about India's spiritualism should serve as a lesson to some of the Indians who think that everything India has to offer is bad...just think how foreigners like Gabriel and Adam know how to respect India's culture ...that being said not everything of the western countries is bad most certainly not...science, technology, education, job opportunities etc....but also several different aspects of western culture earns a lot of respect from any individual who know how to respect greatness in the western culture...for instance the 1500 year old cathedral in Cologne, Germany (where I was fortunate to visit some 50 years ago during my childhood with my parents and which is a UNESCO world heritage site)...the local residents of Cologne, Germany strongly believe that if any individual enters this cathedral , then lights up a candle and then prays to Lord Jesus with "Absolute undivided attention and pure devotion then Lord Jesus will (like God Shiva) grant that individual's wishes..." while money is definitely important and saving the same is more important than ever before but absolute Peace of mind could, can and never be purchased with money...only Faith, Devotion, Prayers, Yoga are some tools which gives Peace to one's inner self
Mountains to the beaches, deserts to the rain India in your heart, running deep in your veins!
Your India videos are the best - really enjoyed this one.
Another great video with Adam. Very affordable there. Great accommodation, good food and cheap motorcycle hire. Loved seeing some of the caves and you were also able to film your blessing. Beautiful views and nature. Great tip from Adam to turn off your phone and be here and now. Thank you. ✨❤
If I ever get to go back to India, I want to go to the South. When I went in 2018, I stayed for 2 weeks and went to various places in the North. I have tried South Indian food, and I love it! I am interested in seeing the cultural differences between the north and south of India. Thanks for introducing us to your friend, Adam! It is plain to see his love of India, and his enthusiasm is infectious!
Yes, still affordable - A traveling couple can do slightly better, sharing accommodation & eating in + out on local economy. Transport costs are better measured annualized or by month.🎉
Man, I miss those 80 rupee dosas and 'fancy' 4 Euro dinners that taste incredible, together with fresh fruit juices. Another great video Gabe.
Love your choice of music Gabe ,aloha from Kauai💫🌈
