99% of those hacks don't work at the best of times. Best "hack" for business upgrades: get tons of miles. Best hack for bag limits: carry less. Best hack for charging your phone at the airport: charge it fully before you go to the airport...
I saw a video with that pillow hack and she lost her pillow.
Airlines can tightly control the number of carry on and personal bags, but a travel pillow is expressly excluded from that. I bought a hollow travel pillow on Amazon, and fill it with small clothes (socks, underwear, bathing suits, etc). The stuffing makes it soft and it's completely legal. A great way to stretch your storage without extra costs.
I can imagine a new standard: Total weight of accessories. After that they will add weight of pocketed items for that camera vest that now holds 45 pounds of lenses.
I use a stuffable neck pillow, works every time.
You're looking great, professor ❤
Here is a travel hack that works: For a trip longer than a week, book a B&B with a washer and dryer for the middle of the trip and wash clothes. You then only need to pack half the amount of clothes.
