Im sure someone's already said it, but just incase no one did yet... here in american the protein state is what defines a burger or sandwich. So a chicken sandwhich and a chicken burger are 2 different things based on how the meat is prepared. We do have chicken patties, which basically giant chicken nuggets shaped into a burger patty. Using that makes it a chicken burger, while using whole peices of chicken makes it a chicken sandwich. Just a friendly fyi so incase they get this info and a guess is confused as to why we say sandwich over burger, boom, there is the explination!
