YouthCARE4Planet | Young People Leading Climate Action Across the Mediterranean

YouthCARE4Planet brings together youth from Italy, Tunisia, Egypt and Greece to protect our planet and build climate resilience across the Mediterranean. YouthCARE4Planet is an EU-funded project under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme empowering young people, promoting sustainable practices, and fostering Mediterranean cooperation through training, green actions, community engagement, and cross-border collaboration.
