Hi there, how do you get those oven gloves that are not huge and fit women?? Does anyone know the name of them. I just had foot surgery and I'm having trouble getting my lid off without burning myself.

100g starter 350 water Mix them add 500 g bread flower 10 g salt Make a shagey dough- not smooth Cover 1 hr Stretch and fold, 4 times with 1 hr in between 2 hours untill double size ,bubbly Shape, spray water and bake 400 df 30 min covered then bake for 15 min uncovered OR Shape seem side up and leave in the fridge overnight. Or 24 hrs Score and bake 450 df 30min covered, 15 min uncovered

I noticed that you don’t pre-shape your dough. I always thought pre-shaped is a necessary step.
