I want to learn how to make a great butter cream recipe and then adding colouring and piping flowers. I hate fondant so I hope to try this. 😊

I know its have been 2 years, but i wanna know how to keep everything in the same consistency to better whatever I do, fill, cover or ganache the cake..I made one, with everything exactly as i was told, but struggled with the weather as it was very cold ..the butter, the ganache..everything was so hard to work with as they solidify along the way..I was very frustrated!

When I scrap the cake it’s a little bumpy - how do you keep the sides of the cake straight? Also the edges at the top sharp (mine are still curbed?

When you just did that in the video the top you took a knife too. Did you chill the cake prior to making it smooth?

What temp should your kitchen be while decorating? I'd like a numbered, step by step, start decorating through finish to include tips for when to freeze, refridgerate, etc.

The other thing is the filling between the layers. Knowing what the best frosting is and what flavors go together well
How to smooth the cake
What kind of cake are you making
