My only wish with Royal Caribbean, and I truly love sailing with them, is that they would seriously step up their spa experience. Compared to Norwegian Cruise Line and MSC Cruises, Royal’s spas feel very basic and service focused. On NCL, the spa includes full thermal suites with heated loungers, large hydrotherapy or vitality pools, multiple saunas and steam rooms, and cold experiences like ice or snow rooms that let you spend an entire day relaxing, reading, and rotating through hot and cold treatments. MSC offers similar features with expansive thalassotherapy pools and dedicated thermal areas. On Royal, most ships are limited to a sauna, steam room, a small relaxation space, and treatment rooms, with no true thermal circuit, ice rooms, or hydrotherapy pools that make the spa feel like a destination. Royal keeps launching incredible new ships, but the spa experience still does not come close to what NCL or MSC offers. (I'm 37 for context so its not like im old and boring haha)
Going on Legend later this year and SO excited! If I had a wish list of improvements for the Icon class, it would be to add a laundry facility on a couple of decks. With so many kids on board, this should be a given. I'd also add more amenities to the spa and add a cigar lounge and whiskey bar.
Just got of star loved it
Every ship they create gets better and better.
I’m going on legend in 2027
I went on star and it olso was by first time sailing Royal and it was great
I mean the real full walkthrough will come when Legend actually arrives, I'm sure ;)
I've only been on the Mariner of the Seas. That's overwhelming with tagging along three small kids compared to the Mariner. I love how colorful they made everything.
Legend of the seas giveaway???😅
Im booked for wonder of the seas in December 2026 and im booked for hero of the seas in December 2027 yessir 🙌
1:19 I hope they’ve upgraded the drop slide I was on icon when it broke last year don’t wanna see that happen again
For the Icon class with how it’s the top of royals game and more expensive a lot of times for a balcony than in other ships suite section, THEIR suite deck is really unimpressive! It should be much more luxurious, more than a tiny plunge pool and the area in the cloud17 is so much more of an upgrade than the suite area. Not many things on icon I think are a fail but this is!
Hello: I follow all of your Facebook groups and am very active in them. This isn't my real name. My dream is to go on a cruise because I have a brain tumor and a cruise is on my bucket list. I want to experience all of it!
Too big
My only wish with star is that there are more women with dental floss
I’m looking at the TA in Oct 2027
@ 17:50 I heard the Music Hall is going to be the new non smoking casino section..
booked a suite for feb 2027. Cant wait!
Lol I have been in all those spaces already before any other guest :) Perks of working at the shipyard.
I would love to go on this with my daughter. She is in the military and stationed on the other side of the states, so this would be great to spend some time with her.
