What a fantastic coincidence, my fiancé and I are both traveling 7 days to Bermuda in 3 weeks out of NYC on the Aqua. We are in an AFT Suite with large balcony we also have Butler service our first experience. I anticipated crowds so instead of the "Vibe Beach Club" we reserved the "Mandara Thermal spa" for the whole week I figured we have plenty of pool time, sauna, hot loungers, and steam room, interior, but if we want the sun will have all the sun we want on our huge Balcony in our Aft stateroom. Next year we're traveling to the Mediterranean (my Bucket list with my entire family) in the summer no less, again CROWDS... so with intensive research lots of YouTube watching and advice from influencers like yourself we pulled the trigger and booked two Haven 2-Bedroom Family Villas on the EPIC for 8 people 4pp in each room. I truly enjoy and appreciate your Insite on Suite accommodations, and the Haven Experience. Thank you for this and other informative videos.

Just got off a regular cabin on NCL today and the service is good everywhere. They are my favorite cruise line.
Our suite concierge and butler on Prima were atrocious. We only asked for one request for the concierge on Day 1. Never got a follow up from her about it and only got a call from her acting like we never spoke before. Our butler was awkward at best, he did what he needed to do (sent us our daily treats) but other than asking us if we needed anything, never got additional service from him. The butler you had is what I was expecting, to get to know us or at least let us know what we could get. We never got that experience. Also, Haven guests can go to commodore room for dinner too. Haven has the most access to everything.
One of the best cruise view I have seen. Very impressed. Many youtuber reviews cruises but comparison against different ships or cruise lines. Very rare you see a comparison within the same ship.

Leah and Hubby...this truly was the most informative, straight forward, easy-to-follow detailed comparison and explanation of both the Haven vs. Suites. You left no detail unturned. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You saved us thousands of $$$$$$ and giving us the exact information we were looking for. I wanted the Suite experience WITH A LARGE BALCONY!!! After watching this video, I was able to book a J7 category suite (the last one) with a master bedroom and large balcony. The Haven perks weren't necessary. The price was excellent as well. You provided wonderful insights on embarkation to follow the "Haven' signs to get me the priority embarkation. Avoiding those lines is a perk that elevates the start of our vacation that much better. Knowing we also will have access to a restaurant just for Suite guests for breakfast and lunch (especially on embarkation day) is music to our ears as we all know how chaotic Day 1 is for lunch. Since we have that awesome balcony, there is no need to spend extra $$ to get into The Vibe pool deck area for us. I made a big mistake on my last NCL booking thinking that when I booked a Club Level Suite, I was actually getting a Suite. ABSOLUTELY GOT BAMBOOZLED WITH THAT BOOKING!!! TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING and had made a lot of assumptions. 1st booking with NCL in 20 years, and have been sailing with RCL for the last 40 cruises and a Suite gives you a bigger room and a bigger balcony, PERIOD. Not all Suites should be advertised as Suites on NCL, and I honestly believe that Norwegian needs to rename those Club Level Cabins to "Club Level Balconies" not Suites. The bathroom was a tiny bit bigger. THAT WAS IT! I made the booking last minute without doing any research and I paid the price for the lack of research I did. This time around, I watched several videos, did a lot of research, spoke to an NCL rep, and I got more clarified information from this video than anything else. Excellent resource!!! Great work!!!
