Very nice but a couple of comments: 1. You need a coffee maker for those early morning smokes. I didn’t see one. 2. Do you clean all the dust and pollen off of individual things as you use them or do you have a method for cleaning all of it quickly? My biggest dread is keeping outdoor kitchens clean enough to use regularly. I want surfaces I can spray with a mild cleaner then hose off. 3. Is any of your smoke piped thru the roof at all? If not why not? My current shelter is half the size of yours and it often gets too Smokey to stand. Overall your set up is amazing!
How close can you put a bbq to a wooden fence, do you have anything behind yours

Best outdoor rustic kitchen I’ve seen. Love the Bryee (sorry for wrong spelling) when I was in Namibia I learned this system is better than any I’ve seen.
