For those complaining about the beef. This is in south india not north india.
A lot of cooking videos about Paragon biriyani recipe showed only ghee being used. However, Zains restaurant in Kozhikode uses Dalda, as revealed in one of the videos showcased in kripal amana’s food lovers tv.
I guess technically, it is kitchen stew as well.
Chicken stew for me is the greatest chicken curry of all time specifically the one my grandmother makes 😊😊
