I watched another video with a doctor who said we need to soak our chia seeds in water first so the fats are bioavailable. Can you speak to chia seed prep from a dietary perspective?

I am not a dietitian, and I always eat simple and fresh. None of these stays as good after 1-2 days.

How do you keep your meal fresh for the week, I find pre made food starts turning...
