Any tips for like a road map that would be a good idea to study vs not study

Think based on design or specification of system not code, without proper system thinking using AI tools will have limited effect Having a strong foundational knowledge plus long hours of experience of actually doing the development will propel you forward You need the mistakes those AI tools do to learn, use those countless hours correcting or debugging the hard 20% to learn and adopt, you will eventually know that long hours carefully preparing your specs will result in faster development Now is the time to grind, I am 55 with 3 decades coding experience but now grinding much harder than before to integrate AI, I know someday it will payoff FYI although I mostly work in Kotlin now, I still love using Ruby once in a while 😊

Editor matters a lot especially today with agents and AI. I've been using AI agents lately with VS ,Code even though overall is a pain in the as :) it still helps so much, I have to say it is cool!
