I love philosophy, and I've been trying to find some philosophers who think like I do, and it's made me come across ideas that I wouldn't have thought of at all by myself (some good, some bad), and whether or not I agree with them, I love ruminating on their ideas and thinking them through (especially with political philosophy!!). It's such fun loving the subjects I do! <3

Your own professors are not allowed to think critically. Unless, that is, they are spewing 'critical' theory which is critical about everything except, of course, itself. Oxbridge is an echo chamber!

Being a critical thinker means first and foremost being critical of your own thoughts. You have to learn to distrust your perception and seek evidence instead. It's kinda fun once you get used to it.
