I love this. I’m working at a company with all new leadership, and the lack of second order thinking ability is mind boggling. They all consider themselves strategists and no one knows how to or wants to execute (that’s beneath them). They have pages and pages of good ideas that they will struggle to implement because they haven’t considered the cost of all this chaos and upheaval. They implemented one change several months ago… I created the training for it… I pointed out that the trainings are not being completed and leadership would have to create systemic follow ups to ensure engagement. That didn’t happen. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out if they can’t successfully roll out one idea, they won’t be able to roll out 12 programs lol. People are already burnt out and opting out of brainstorming sessions, and nothings been rolled out yet. Hot mess.
I’ve always heard Occam’s razor pronounced “Awe-cum”. Great job!
Thanks a lot really if you really want to solve any complex problem you have to apply the required principles in sequence ...

Citing Elon Musk as a critical thinker seems inappropriate.
