Ingredients: Chicken wings Cuso’s Maple Bourbon Seasoning Optional: sauce for tossing Instructions: 1. Break down chicken wings into drums and flats 2. Place wings on a wire rack and air dry in the fridge for a few hours or overnight for crispier skin. 3. Season generously with Cuso’s Maple Bourbon or your favorite seasoning. 4. Place wings onto a cold pellet grill. 5. Set grill to 400Β°F using Royal Oak Charcoal & Hickory Pellets. 6. Cook for about 30 minutes, then flip wings. 7. Continue cooking until wings reach around 200Β°F internal temperature. 8. Pull off grill and enjoy dry or toss in your favorite wing sauce.
