The Christian people and culture of the ancient Armenians were subjected to possibly the most violent and brutal acts of violence and persecution in history. Jerusalem’s Old City has the Armenian Quarter, established in the 4th century CE. What the Ottoman Turks did to them was unprecedented in world history.
