It's where you keep your money from your paycheck after taxes😅
Yeah, guitar players know that pocket very well as where you keep your pick(s). A pick pocket if you will.
Pocket watch!
I knew it was watch pocket. I remember when jeans were called "dungarees".
I thought it nonsense that a watch would fit in that small pocket, so I dug out my grandfather's British Great War pocket watch and it fits perfectly!
When I was a kid my mother and grandmother told me to always carry a coin just in case of emergency so I could make a phone call or buy a bus ticket. That pocket was perfect, there was no need to remove it even to go in the washing machine. I never needed that coin but it was good to know it was there just in case.
Put whatever fits in that pocket.
I seem to recollect that, a "packet of three", fitted perfectly.
Zuzu's petals, of course.
My car key fits in 😅
I always use it for my miniature Swiss knife 🙂
I Googled it instead of watching the video and found the answer in seconds. 😆🤣
fits a zippo perfectly
00:40 A 150 year old mystery? Really? That would mean no one ever knew what this pocket was for since its invention in the 1870s.
back when I use to smoke that pocket would fit my zippo lighter perfectly
I've always known it as a fob pocket, which makes sense as a pocket watch is also known as a fob watch.
My pocket watch fits perfectly!
That tiny pocket is where you keep a small photo of y our kitty/kittens, so you can show everyone how cute they are!
This reminded me of how as a kid in the 70's, buying a new pair of jeans involved a "break in" period. You'd wash & tumble dry them several times to loosen up their stiff denim canvas feeling which made walking around feel more than a little weird. later, after wearing holes in the knees from playing outside all day, you'd have your mom sew or iron knee patches. Still later, when the denim was soft and luxuriously loose, but the knees gone, you'd cut off the legs mid-thigh turning them into shorts or "cut offs". These would last a good while before the bottom eventually gave out. i loved those old jeans.
It’s always been called a watchpocket but now it’s a mystery 👐🪄
