We almost missed a flight from Cancun to Atlanta once because of a last minute gate change. It wasn't announced and the screen at the gate where everyone was sitting wasn't changed, either. If you like ice water, you can freeze water in your hydro flask and as long as it's frozen you are allowed to bring it through. Just don't fill your Flask all the way up when freezing because those hydro flasks are too good so if you fill them too high you will have only ice for your trip. One more thing, if its not obvious, when freezing don't put the lid on the flask because they are just as good as keeping cold out as in.
