I always take a picture of my suitcases before I check them in; that way, if they are delayed, lost, or anything else happens, it's easier to file a complaint or for the airline or airport employees to visually find them. If you are not keen on using colorful ribbons, I suggest placing big colorful stickers, something to distinguish them from the rest, without disrupting any airport processes.
well the check in person maybe shouldn't put the barcode sticker under the ribbon?
especially for dark suitcases I get very neon bright masking tape - putting a big X with it on the larger sides and just enough of a piece on the shorter sides as you never know what side your luggage will land on. easy way to find your luggage
I’ve missed you! You haven’t been in my feed for a long time. Good to see you back.
My job has me traveling for 10 months out of 12. I would not get a soft case. We stay at very nice hotels and even though we've never experienced bed bugs... I just couldn't think of purchasing a fabric suitcase. That's my opinion and experience. I do enjoy your videos!
glad you brought this up, I always remove all stickers when coming back from vacation, your too funny, LOL
thank u. i has no idea the ribbon was not a good idea... a n d i had no idea soft side is better
We add AirTags too
Of course the ones that weigh more and are more “fancy” take longer to get to you because those are the ones TSA and bag handlers is going through to find stuff they want. Less weight: probably more clothes, no electronics or jewelry (at least not valuable ones) More generic common back one: doesn’t stand out, owner isn’t total broke a$$ n spends/wastes extra money on “unique” suitcase so mostly likes buying stuff, unnecessary things,or just flashy things to stand out n be bougie 💅
I wouldn't care about what the handlers do. Make your bag unique. They get paid to care so they better care!
I've had smashed souvenirs from using a soft case. If weight isn't a problem I would always choose hard luggage if it's being checked. I've had soft luggage returned to me ripped, so there's that too.
Please do a video showing us how you do your eyeshadow ❤
harback protects plus if destroyed will be reimbursed by airlines soft ones get cruised and are easier to get Broken in
I once when on a vacation with my parents and we had to take a flight. I took my hardside suitcase and my parents took their soft shelled. One of their bags were damaged. Mine came out just fine.
The primary reason we went hardside is because it's easier to clean. I just keep it full. One time, I stuffed extra clothing I didn't need into my large luggage to fill it. LOL! (didn't have the time to buy a medium)
Ty
i just went to the toilet
Great ideas thanks so much tip and hacked lady I really appreciate it!!’ You’re the best !! Very helpful and useful and informative information!! It’s greatly appreciated!!! ❤🎉😊
Yes, absolutely! I once left that little tag on there and my bag ended up in Barcelona when I was headed to Sweden. I didn’t get my bag for over a week for my entire vacation.
Airlines are saying to get more colorful bags as the black and dark blue are easily taken by the wrong person. I recently flew to Cleveland-for home and realized I had taken the wrong black bag home! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
