I like the shopkeeper's attitude. Just attending him like a normal customer, respecting and giving him his food. No faltu drama, no etc treatment just nice

It's moth kachori...says right there on his cart. It's quite famous amongst the Multani community. For those who don't know moth is a type of lentil. Also called matki in the western states - Gujarat or Maharashtra. Moth look a bit runny though. The version of moth kachori I've seen growing up is less watery. The moth can be scooped up with kachori and eaten instead of crushing the kachori and pouring the moth over it like Aloo subzi (potato broth).
