I was with the US Army in Vietnam in 1968-1969. Didn't see much of any cities since our time was spent in the boonies. But we used to say that this place would be beautiful if we didn't have a war going on. After seeing this video, I realize how true that was!! Amazingly gorgeous!! Vietnam, you've done well!!
After visiting Vietnam many times and after spending a year and a half during the covid19 travel restrictions and seeing how the United states of America has turned a shitshow. My wife and I sold our house, carsand just about anything we owned and moved Vietnam. We have no regrets! Vietnam is a beautiful country with the most warm a friendly and amazing people in the world! I don't ever want to live anywhere else in the world! And certainly will not be returning to the United states! To say we love Vietnam would be understatement! It's heaven on earth! Or as close to it as possible!
I lived and worked in VN for 20 yrs but had since moved back to the States. I miss it a great deal. Too much to explain here but the people, the food, the scenery, the history, and that special feeling of freedom as I rode scooters all over the country are so special.
👉 /0K2JNH6gaGQ 👈 NEW VIDEO. 10 Days in Laos, which borders Vietnam. We are a (relatively) small channel who try to make unique travel vlogs for YouTube, I hope you enjoy!
I cant understand why youtube only allows one thumb up I'm prepared to give you 11/10 for this Vlog. Well narrated, and video is done in such a way that you almost believe you are there. Vietnam had won my heart.
Vietnam is incredible. I left my heart there. I was in many countries but Vietnam is absolutely amazing and my favourite one. People talk so much about Korea, bless it, the time of Vietnam will come soon. Vietnam is a bit underrated. I spent 7 years in Vietnam and always watch videos with tears in my eyes. Can't wait to get back there.
Ten days isn't enough. I spent a month there and couldn't get enough of it. Had I not moved to the EU, Vietnam was my second choice. The country is stunning but the best of all are the people who were so gracious.
As a Vietnamese, I felt so proud and nostalgic at the same time. I love how you described and gave your thought about my country. Really appreciate your video <3 keep going with the work
As someone who plans on moving to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, this makes me wanna move there even more I love Vietnam so much
My wife & myself did this very same holiday back in 2015, this is a stunning replay of a trip we hold very close to our hearts, so much so that we intend to repeat it when borders between Australia & Vietnam are reopened, Hoi An is just a most beautiful part of this amazing country. Thankyou for this video such happy memories for us yet with a tinge of sadness wondering when we can return.
Just home from 20 days in Vietnam and Cambodia. Was an absolutely incredible experience. The food, people, city's and villages we visited were incredible. Such resilient people in both countries; who have endured so much. We were welcomed into people's homes, met survivors of S-21 and an 82-year-old Vietnamese soldier who hugged us all, and took great joy in sharing his story. Highly recommend visiting these two incredible countries.
Fabulous video, Vietnam is a fantastic place to visit. The t-shirt you showed reminded me of a comment an older acquaintance said to me when I mentioned I was going to Vietnam on holiday. Their first reaction was to be taken aback and then the comment explaining why, "I'm from the generation where Vietnam was a war zone not a tourist destination" Perhaps there's hope that other war zones can also become peaceful tourist destinations.
As always the editing and humor are incredible, this channel is highly underrated. Keep up the amazing work🙌🏻🙌🏻
I’ve been to Vietnam and loved it. Food is really great ,people were wonderful , it really made me think that the USA had no business being there. They really did a lot of damage, but the Vietnamese were so resilient big cheers to them.
if my country had not been devastated by war for more than 30 years from French colonialism to America. and more than 10 years of economic and trade embargo by the US. I firmly believe that everything has developed and the beauty of the ancient citadels of Vietnam's great kings is still preserved. Our lovely old father, President Ho Chi Minh, said that we should welcome our enemies as friends. Only by forgiving can we continue to live happily without carrying hatred in our hearts. Thank you your video is amazing
Watching this video is so full of nostalgia. Vietnam was the first country I went to when I took 2 years off and quit my job to travel to travel around the world. Started off Hanoi and went south to the Mekong. Thanks for sharing, awesome video
Wow... Vietnam is very gorgeous country and friendly people. Highly recomended to visit. Thanks for sharing. Huge love from Indonesia.
We've missed you guys! It looks as though you made it right on time before the pandemic really took over!! Another piece of art!! I'd never really thought about visiting Vietnam before this! Thank you 😊
Been to Vietnam 8 times since 2002 and we were planning a 2020 trip but you know what happened. Absolutely loved the quality of your vid and especially your pronunciation of Vietnam and place names. You tour was virtually the same as our first except we also did Dalat and Nha Trang. A travel tip is to look at look at where Vietnam Airlines flies or where the trains go. Find a resort or do the cultural things for not much money. Business class costs bugger all domestically and you get the lounges and no queues. Anyway thanks for your efforts and we'll travel again after Omicron.
Having been to Vietnam twice in the last few years i can say it is my favorite place in the world. Visited all the places in your vlog. Cant wait to get back there again.Wonderful videos.
