I agree with Taylor (as someone who travels for work). Please book flights directly from the airline company. Only use the booking sites to find good prices. If you book through a 3rd part site and there hiccups, cancellations or mishaps, the airline customer service can’t help you. They’ll likely tell you to speak to the 3rd party site and the 3rd party sites are snakes.
Do I ever travel? No, literally never. It's been 25 or so years since I've stepped foot on an airplane. But am I watching Taylor tell me how to do it cheaper? Yes, yes I am.
If possible when I’m trying to cancel and rebook something that’s now less expensive, I try to do the rebooking step FIRST, then the cancellation step. I got burned a time or two cancelling first. It doesn’t always work, but might save some angst. Also, for car rentals, I find Costco Travel to be the least expensive most of the time. TFS! 💜
Girl GAME CHANGER! Thank you! I legit just looked at my rental car and realized the original $630 reservation could be switched to a $272 one, and managed to snag a full-size instead of a jelly bean car😊
Taylor is so so motivating and every time she posts it puts a smile to my faces!🙂💗
I love the pet sitting hack! Dog time plus free accommodations is awesome!
🤍🤍🖤🤍🤍With your travel videos encouraging me, I started a job last July that has me flying to other states every week. I’ve been to 25 states in the past year, and I’m grateful for your journey. I know others have made changes to their lives because of you, and are just as happy. Thank you, Taylor! I’m just starting this, but I’d love help figuring out how to bring my favorite drinks with me instead of using Starbucks or a hotel machine.
My lil travel tip if you want first class service in economy: bring your flight crew a treat! Whenever we have passengers bring us treats, we all find where they are sitting and hook them up with whatever they want! I've been given everything from a couple of loose Hershey kisses to Starbucks gift cards. Even just being extra kind is the move, too. I can't tell you how many times I've not charged someone for something during the service just because they were extra kind to me
Thank you for making this video! I’ve watched a decent amount of videos on this topic and yours is by far the best and most practical. Really useful information as are all of your videos in which you offer tips or advice. Solid! Thank you for the quality content, Taylor! Really appreciate the thought, care, and planning you put into all your videos. 💥☘️💕
I’m a planner. For a living and love it for personal travel. I do a lot of these things already but learned a few other tricks too. This video reminded me to check prices again and I saved $380 on my flight!
I already saved $200 cancelling and rebooking a car rental for next month. Thanks for all of the great tips!!!
I love clicking “Like” before I even watch the video!
We were in Croatia for a few weeks in April. It was a stunning experience. Cheap accommodations, beautiful country, perfect trip.🇭🇷 ❤
Always look forward to another Taylor video, 71 year old women makes me feel young again Xxx🥰
Taylor do ever feel uncomfortable in others peoples homes dog sitting? I would always wonder about homeowners hiding cameras in the bathroom or bedrooms. That may be a dumb question I just don’t trust anyone knowadays.
I have first-hand experience confirming that Booking's customer service is exceptionally poor.
Im in Japan for an 18 day trip so your tips are a perfect timing for me! Japan is a lot cheaper for me as I am from England, but always great to save money where possible.
PRO TIP when you are the security checkpoint: For electronics like laptops Phones or cameras it is always better to send them last through the screening.. if you send them first before you clear the security.. you might give a chance to someone to pick your item and leave
Taylor 1. Personal shopper (for cousin) 2. Travel agent for her peeps 3. My personal fav. You Tuber that has the best videos. 👍 😂😊
I don't plan on traveling anywhere because I've already been displaced so much. But, guess what? Since it's Taylor's recommendations, I clicked so fast! Love Ya, girlie!
