It was laughable that the Youth Cup final between Man City v Man United is to be held at the Man City inadequate 6000 capacity Joie Stadium. Man City showed how small a club they really are when they refused to play this spectacular event at the Ethiad or Old Trafford. This was due to the lack of the Manchester Citys club and supporters interest, It was noted that City can’t even fill the Ethiad stadium for first team games, which was evident by the empty seats in their last home game. Man United were only given 968 tickets for this years youth final which were snapped up within seconds. The empty seats at this year’s final at the 6000 Joies stadium was all down to a lack of City interest and not willing to allocate any more tickets to Man united supporters. When United last hosted the youth cup final the FA saw a record attendance of 67000. Unfortunately the FA was spineless and didn’t intervene and allow Man City to make a mockery of this year’s event for players, parents and supporters alike. So this year’s final is played in front of less than 6000 supporters instead of a possible 65000+ supporters. WELL DONE MAN CITY.

It’s like we teach nothing from a young age… you know what I mean… where’s the attacking coaching? What’s the plan with the ball?.. it’s all to similar to the first team. Ironically that’s not a bad thing but it really looks like waiting for individual brilliance rather than a clear plan. Fletcher looks way too nervous. Doesn’t give me confidence and I’m not a player!
