I am an elderly 77 but these relays remind me of my high school/college days when relays were extra special for me.

Parents, keep your kids in track & field! It’s such an incredible sport that builds character and determination. I ran t&f and it was an amazing experience.

Did Dan Murphy, the final leg runner for Australia in the Men's 4 x 400 make a tactical error in attempting to overtake in the first 200 metres, therefore being forced to run extra distance?

Fun to watch! Thanks for the video. It might be too much, but it really helps when the specific race info is shown on screen... like 4x400 mixed, etc.

What an amazing championship. Don't understand why some really big names did not partake. The relays are always so special.
