Chef's are just artist. Everyone has their own painting style.
8:17 “then we’re gonna do some crack” Nothing better than getting bugged out all night watching your meat marinate for when you come down
I can’t believe that 1st chef was touching the meat he’s gonna serve to someone else with his bare hands… then touching the walls, the wood, handles, etc. 😳🤦🏽♀️ BUT, that steak looks DELICIOUS! 🤤 Even I might not mind him poking my food with his bare hands😅 This is why I don’t care for eating out as much these days, though😬
Large thumb down to all super fancy recipes when you only need steak, salt, pepper and a brain.Michelin chef that started as a dishwasher ? R u F kidding me?
what always gets me in cooking videos is how these chefs have the gangtsa cooking equipment to use while most of us don't have all that flash stuff. So when they talk about using specific wood etc, just have to laugh.
What was interesting is that all except one was using a pan and/or flat surface grill - vs an outdoor style grill. All used some form of butter marinate/compound butter as well. Thx for this reciew.
I'm surprised that no one showed a sous-vide system followed by quick very hot pan searing in butter and herbs and cracked pepper.
23:48 man this Ethiopian Steak look tender as Damn coool !!! All of them look good but this last one really looks like Bone Marrow lol!!!
Many people might not know david fritche , but hes an amazing guy! We used to work at a bakery together in springfield, VA. He has his own place in DC called the stable. Its a Swiss restuarant. Never been there. But David is also a master at baking and making artesinal breads. Im so glad to see he is doing very well !
Planet was mentioned 😂 we don't live on a spinning planet but a stationary enclosed horizontal plane with mountains and valleys and sea level everywhere on earth
This is exactly my kind of content 💡

Dude that first steak is my dream
brother getting free steak everywhere he goes
I think everyone can agree we aren’t getting the coffee steak
lol the guy saying there's no fat left in clarified butter. My dude. What do you think you're doing when you clarify butter? you're removing milk solids and isolating the fat so you can have pure fat to cook with.
Omg, ! That's why I found a steak in the grocery store parking lot! And here I felt guilty for taking it.
I’m sad because I’m not the one eating that masterpiece
That first guy gets it
Chef Duan is absolutely right - never, ever order a steak well-done, you will get the worst quality cuts as the taste is lost anyway.
