I just got this seasoning, put it on some cod and it was AMAZING!!
Just tried it step by step and it was delicious thanks for tip just now starting to use ur seasoning only tried original so far (From wv)

No mention of what temp should cook it to. 145F or what?
How to be sure that it is properly cooked from within?
