Great thing about Thomas Keller and Marco Pierre White is they understand that often the simplest things are the most delicious, so the little you do actually do has to be done perfectly
I am kind of conflicted here. Where I loves me some TK, I'm aslo rolling with, just aadd the herbs and serve it like it is. Sometimes the crunch of a perfectly as it was done in that pan with some herbs is the 100% the way to serve.

This is the GOAT of anything that has to do with great food technique. Classic throw back to something delicious. Just simple, hard core technique based cooking.

I've made this several times over the past few years. It requires a couple of extra steps that might be a pain in the a**, but the resulting dish is worth it. Buttery and soft zucchini, with a counterpoint of sweet and acidic sauce vierge. Always a hit with family and friends!
