Juju dhau ("king of yogurt") is a traditional Newari yogurt from Bhaktapur, Nepal, distinguished by its incredibly thick, creamy texture and rich, sweet taste. Unlike regular dahi, it is made from high-fat buffalo milk, often set in porous clay pots (maato ko kataaro) to remove moisture. It is not sour, frequently custard-like, and made without added sugar in its traditional form. But usually there are many brands both small local and big where they add sugar so cant say the purity of traditional approach be found everywhere the process is similar so u get the sense of taste overall. But yeah better to visit local areas for true experience.
