Take plugs out and clean them. I bet they are soaked with fuel. Good luck.

Id check ignition switch connection in the headlamp
Because it seemed intermittent as you moved the handlebars. Check for wiring fault (pinched, cracked insulation, chafing) in main loom at headstock area or loose connection inside headlight where most of the connections are for this era bikes.
Last 2 videos have to be the best I have seen on this channel. Brilliant! I was screaming to myself, give it some throttle! Brilliant

I believe when you turn the key as far right as possible you can then remove the key and this will leave the parking lights on.

Thanks everyone for the comments and advice - they are coming thick and fast! I promise I do read them all although I may not be able to acknowledge or reply to them all! Thanks so much for all your help and encouragement...next time, the headlight is off and I'm looking at the wiring...as well as checking for spark and cleaning/drying the spark plugs.

keep the fuel off no choke and give it full throttle as you kick it over. you had fuel coming out of the exhaust pipe joints. the bottom end is flooded giving it full throttle with no choke should clear it once it starts turn the fuel back on. Hope this helps
Plugs out and dry/clean them and if possible, warm them.
Surely check the plugs to see if you have a spark if you do remove and clean the plugs check they are sparking refit them and it should start !!!
