The problem with charcoal, is that most backyard cooks don't wait for the charcoal to get fully lit or use too much lighter fluid. Both produce an acrid smoke that yoh don't want on/in ypur food.

charcoal ❤ the taste different and I love it...
TLDR; Charcoals - flavor, but not as nice a texture Propane - can still use infusion/chips, has flavor, not as rich, but the texture is 100% every time.

Charcoal because if u use gas then there will be a small taste of gas in the meat.
Because we only have a balcony I will go with a gas grill
