Ingredients: Bear Mountain Tailgating BBQ Pellets 1 marbled chuck roast yellow mustard BBQ rub 3 tbsp butter ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup BBQ sauce 1 large onion – diced 6 slices cheddar cheese 6 slices provolone cheese pack of slider buns everything bagel seasoning Steps: Cube up a well marbled chuck roast using yellow mustard as a binder season on all sides with your favorite BBQ rub. Place on a wire rack on the smoker at 225°F for 3 hours, spritzing every hour, then remove and wrap in foil with 3 tablespoons of butter and brown sugar. Place it back on the smoker for another 2 hours until its fall apart tender. Dice up your onion and cook it down in a pan until caramelized. Assemble your sliders with 6 slices of cheddar cheese, smoked BBQ beef, caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce, top with provolone cheese. Place the slider bun tops on and brush with butter and top with everything bagel seasoning. Place these back in the smoker or in your 350°F oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is nice and melty!
