fantastic video with truly worthwhile locations; i have been to all except milos; i can make the following suggestions: Elafonisos island near Monemvasia--it is a beautiful 15min ferry ride from the mainland and hosts the wonderful Simos Beach; the Pelion peninsula with the wild east coast beaches, especially Fakistra Beach, along with beautiful villages like Tsagarada drowned in greenery; Paxos and Antipaxos islands south of Corfu; Mystras UNESCO site comprising a 'town' of beautiful Byzantine churches, near Sparta; Limeni Oitylo, a stunning tiny location by the sea near the Diros lake cave (among the best in the world and mythological entrance to Hades); Metsovo mountain town and surroundings; lush Pozar hot springs (aka Loutra Arideas) where Alexander took his army to heal. Great video as always Ryan! I think for part 2 you should include Mount Athos which is an autonomous region on the eastern leg of Halkidiki full of orthdox monasteries (many orthodox christian saints come from there) and a lot of greek staples such as chipuro come from there. Another beautiful place is Volos, which has has rare combination of chipuro paired with seafood near the sea/port. At chipuradika there you order just chipuro, and they accompany them with increasingly elaborate meze, a very unique tradition. Hios, Lesvos, Tinos, Siros are also very unique and culturally dominant islands, whose culture has spread to the rest of Greece.
