You've reached the end
With the curtains u can’t see the mirror
Careful with the curtains-in most states any obstruction to the rear window is illegal
We survived road trips with fruit snacks, juice boxes, and homemade sandwiches for our trips and we made it😂 The times have TOTALLY changed!
Dang. Black out curtains! Brilliant!!
The curtain would block the back mirror, and block your view of the kids incase something happens to one of them
In the 70’s our parents would load us in the back seat with no seat belts, no car seats or anything to distract other than colouring books that made you want to barf if you coloured while in motion ‘ 😂
Love seeing smart people preparing. My mom did this in the 60's and beyond. My dad made us lap desks, gave us each a map from AAA and a couple hi lighters. We had to learn to navigate and tell dad which freeways, highways, roads to take and where to exit. If a really long road trip, we had a specific time to stop for potty breaks and meal times. We had our dog along and friends stayed at our house to take care of all the other pets.
Everything looks brand new. I would like to see an after video if you did actually go somewhere.
Oh WOW, Nothing is better than a good road trip, me and Beloved late Husband used to pack our bags and coolers, with sandwiches, snacks, drinks, plenty of things to keep our children and grandchildren busy, then we would get on 95 South❤❤! Hope you had a safe, fun road trip ❤🎉
Bro I survived a 20 hour bus ride with my fav cousin next to me,food, drinks, snacks and a window that’s all I needed
The curtain rod could basically kill you in an accident. Even if it’s light weight, it can cause serious damage. Don’t DIY anything in a car.
In 1982 we drove from Minnesota to Southern California in early August. Mom and her cousin were in the cab while us 5 kids were in the back of the truck(shell over) on a queen mattress. We had a few board & card games to entertain us. No air conditioning. Took about 3/4 days. We never stopped at a hotel but we did stop at a truckstop once to shower. It was a great time.
Your such an amazing mom to these kids god bless you all ❤
some ppl might hate on this but 1. it’s a 14 hr trip bro. 2. she’s actually saving a lot of money w the snacks and stuff
If u put the curtain up u cant see in the window behind u (no hate)
You are very blessed to have all these “essentials “I’m sure you’re grateful as well! Hope you had a great trip
I've never seen so much preparation for a trip in my life 😂
Just did a 14hr road trip with my nieces, 16 and 7 and we had a great time (MD to Florida). They did an awesome job and I was proud of borh of them❤
IM GOING ON A 14 HOUR ROAD TRIP TMRW RHATS SOOO COOL
The curtains worry me because you can't see the kids if there is an accident and you get injured to see what's going on with them, but I was in a couple pretty bad car crashes so I am overly cautious
