Me, a Mexican, born and raised, still living in Mexico, having Carl's Jr for lunch, excited to watch you eat mexican food.
You can tell how good the food actually is because Josh is swearing 10x more than normal 😂
This is actually one of the best videos Joshua has ever produced
Hey guys, my sister’s restaurant was featured for the aguachiles! The place is called Don Gato (“Sir Cat” in English). We specialize in seafood tacos, and what you saw was actually a “Tacuachile” — a mix of taco + aguachile. I just wish Josh had more time to explore the menu, because Don Gato is really a modern take on our seafood culture.
Being Mexican just meant that this entire video was just you being glazed for 30 minutes straight. You love to see it.
This was 30 minutes of "this is the best [blank] i've ever had" and i'm completely here for it.
Mexican food is a blessing to the entire world.
This should have been a 3 part series. It deserves it. This feels rushed.
7:50 first 10/10 if seen, and i watch joshua for 8 years
This video is making me cry. I am from Oaxaca. I immigrated to the U.S as a 3 year old and I always hear how everyone loves Oaxaca food. I am missing so much culture and food and love from my home country. I really wish to visit Oaxaca some day before getting too old.
My wife and I travelled from Copenhagen to CDMX and Oaxaca for our honeymoon, I still get cravings for oaxacan string cheese and Jenni’s quesadillas. We both dream of visiting again some day.
8:35 fun fact. The Mexican tia is naturally a chef. Better than most without even trying. This is why restaurants in America hire Mexicans, they just know how to throw down. Unfortunately, in the states we don't get things this fresh unless you live on the farm or near.
As a gringo with an obsession for mexican food and a pretty strong taco game myself, this video is pure porn for me. If my champagne taste can ever overpower my velcro wallet, I will be making this trip and hitting all the same spots. One of the best Josh "tasting" vids of all time. Wow. Just... ...wow.
I’m Salvadoran, but my connection with Mexican cuisine is deep. Best food in the world, most diverse, and almost spiritual experience.
So glad Sinaloa got its flowers 💐 the food there is definitely underrated
Yucatán and Veracruz have cuisines that are completely different from the places you visited. Worth a follow up visit.
Mexican food is the best in the world, or at least top 3. i had the chance to visit Mexico a few years ago and god, the food was glorious, i loved their huge variety of caldos (soups/broths) and they also have delicious saldas or all veggies plates. Greetings from Denmark my amigos.
The one thing I know about Mexican food is that you can go to a fancy restaurant and spend over $25 for 3 tacos - and then you can go down the street near the bad side of town and get tacos for $1 each and they're 100 times better than the expensive restaurant.
Hello, I've been around a lot of the world. I have to say, I think that Mexican food is the best food in the world. The combination of cultures from the spices in India that made their way into Spain, the beef that came from Spain and went to Mexico, the Aztecs who gave us tomatoes and corn, ultimately combined to form arguably the best cuisine in the world. It's a cuisine with a combination of nations behind it from the other side of the globe. I will stand on that hill and argue over this until I die. Mexican food is the best food in the world. 🌎
México tiene 32 estados y cada uno cuenta con su propia cocina platillos diferentes y eso hace lo hace muy diverso en sabores y texturas al momento de comer, gracias por venir a mi país y mostrar que tenemos, mas que solo tacos y burritos.
