I am so shocked by some of these comments. This is for western people (I am an American). Mark eats with his right hand because its apart of indian culture to feel your food. Its just like us eating pizza or fries with our hands. Most Africans do it too. As long as you wash your hands, there is nothing wrong with it. All this judging is so unnecessary. Really feel sorry for those who have never travelled in India and eaten its food or experienced its people's warmth and all without exotic prize. While we all appreciate your travels to India, especially here in this episode and in trying out Bhavan canteens, there still is one state of India you have never featured - Mizoram. Many of the people in the NE have cultural and ethnic affinity with Mynmar, Thailand and even Laos/Cambodia and our food is worlds apart from traditional Indian food and even food from Sikkim which you have featured in this episode. You should try Mizoram House and Nagaland House in Delhi the next time you're here. Or if you still are in Delhi, you could visit before you leave.
