Store the burritos in your freezer. When you’re ready to eat one, first start by taking the burrito out of the wrapper or foil, wrapping it in a slightly damp paper towel, and microwave for around 2 minutes (this step thaws the burrito to ensure it isn’t cold in the middle). Then, air fry at 190C or 375F for approximately 5 - 8 minutes. Times may vary slightly, but this last step can also be done in an oven or pan. #burrito #breakfast #breakfastideas #highprotein #highproteinmeals #Fitness #fatloss #healthyrecipes #mealprep #foodie Video Credits: aussiefitness Follow him on Tiktok - https://www.tiktok.com/@aussiefitness

Looks good but I would be hungry in 2 hours...
15 eggs is crazy
I might make 2 chicken and rice burritos later tonight.
I’ve made a bunch of breakfast burritos and then froze em but they aren’t that great once frozen and reheated. Changes the texture and flavors tremendously. I’d rather make a couple and keep em in the fridge!

"I have to wash my sister to get sauce?!"
Loaded with refined carbs.
" Mad Bad" ⚖️
swap out 10 of the eggs for cartoned egg whites (same grams) and you cut down the fat and calories to something a little more macro friendly (closer to 12g fat per serve). great recipe though! I’ll be trying it this weekend 👍 (Edit: I put this together in a macro app- swaps made- carb smart tortillas, 0% fat Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, 1tbsp avocado oil instead of 1tsp olive oil, and ~11 egg whites instead of 10 of the eggs. Sriracha mayo will also add fat quickly, so i calculated 5g sriracha mayo+ 5g plain sriracha per burrito. Macros (per 1 burrito)- 413kcal 47.7gP 12.9gF 37.3gC granted I haven’t actually tried to make it yet, but i don’t know where he’s getting 12 more grams of protein on his, and so much less carbs. I’m also not mad at the carbs since potatoes are complex carbs for satiation, and you should eat most of your carbs at breakfast or lunch anyway.)
Finally someone who toasts/grills the tortilla!
1kg diced potatoes 1tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1.5 tsp smoked paprika Mix Air fry= 200⁰c/400f 20-25 min (Flip half way) Or Oven bake=200⁰c/400f 30-35 min (Flip half way) Whilst baking 1 diced onion 1.5kg extra lean beef mince 100ml worcestershire sauce Same seasoning as before Once nearly cooked add 80g tomato paste Diced garlic Mix and cook through In a bowl add 15 eggs and 100g blended cottage cheese() Mix Cook on low-medium heat mixing gently Once cooked add salt and pepper Warm up a tortilla and evenly distribute eggs, mince, and potatoes 25g of Sriracha mayonnaise and chives Roll, toast, and repeat
The problem is i would eat too many of them. No weight loss cuz too tasty lol
For those of you that don't know, potatoes are ranked as one of the most satiating foods, meaning it fills you and keeps you satisfied for a long time. Replacing them with veggies is a good idea, but if you want to remain full for a long time, potatoes would be the way to go. I made these with high fiber tortilla shells and they are so good!
"Washyoursistersauce"is crazy funny😅😅
Ah yes, what a gentle dip
Do the beef first… remove from the pan then do the onions and tomato paste… use the Worcestershire to deglaze the pan with a little water then add your beef back in… way more flavor.
Great.. now im hungry for burritos
