For this video I wanted to do something different than our other videos. I have created a long form video to help anyone that doesn't know much about cooking, or anything at all, get into cooking. Basic techniques or holding a knife, seasoning food, cutting vegetables, marinating meat, making sauces, plating dishes, and so forth. The goal is that by watching this video you will come to see that cooking is really quite simple and that it doesn't take much effort at all, just some time, some love, and some fun. Please feel free to share this with anyone that may be interested, perhaps someone that has always wanted to cook but never thought they could. Remember cooking is easy and if you put in the time it will be an extremely rewarding experience.

This is a video I first watched when I was 15 and it's still a joy to put on as background while I cook up something of my own. Really inspired me to get in the kitchen in my teens and love cooking and hanging out in the kitchen up until this day. Will forever remember Josh for this.
I remember watching this video 9 years ago and it kicking off my desire to learn to cook. Great video and trip down memory lane.

I find myself coming back to this video every so often when I am not feeling as confident in the kitchen as I would like. This man is a treasure. Truly the Bob Ross of cooking. Makes me feel like, no matter what I am doing in the kitchen, it will end up delicious. Love this video and I can't stop applauding his vision of cooking and prepping meals
Thank you for taking the time to break down the basics for those of us that never learned to cook. What you do is Very valuable cause there are lots of videos for people who are already cooks but your helping give people confidence to try learning a skill we all need.
