Love it looks so delicious and yummy

omg that looks delicious!!
All these recipes come down to “dry off the tofu, fry it, add a stir fry sauce.”
Do you have any suggestions on the best way to reheat these? I want to take some for lunches.

Thank you, I'll try your way
The name of this dish is 'Dubu jorim' :)
I'd recommend cutting the tofu into cubes. Boiling in salted water for 5 to 7 minutes. This process draws out the moisture from the tofu and enables it to soak up more flavour. I use 1 to 2 level teaspoons salt per litre of water.
i tried it. i would use less soy sauce or more water. it was rlly salty esp after reducing the sauce
Just tried it… so good
I’ve made, delicious! Thank you 😊
Can you substitute gochugang for gochugaro?
