How long to cook? What oven temperature

I tried this just today and it was good I drizzled the honey, put the chopped/minced garlic, turmeric, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup water too then boil them directly in low heat, cover, i flip them and stirr occasionally, until the sauce looks good and condensed it took me 40mins to finish and added it in my recipe notes for future.
