How to I construct a new identity for myself? Itvwas difficult enough to go back to regilar life after active duty. And on topnof that, last year I went through a horrible betrayal by soon to be ex and back stabbing by someone who called herself my friend. I certainly don't want to let my brain to make things randomily happening on my subconscious level. How do I define the updated level of me? Thanks in advance.
