As tensions rise between the United States and Iran—particularly over the Strait of Hormuz and threats targeting Iranian infrastructure—Dr. G examines whether Trump’s communication reflects calculated strategy, personality-driven intensity, or potential neurological factors such as impulse control issues. This includes a breakdown of speech patterns, emotional expression, and behavioral consistency in the context of high-stakes geopolitical decision-making. This analysis explores Trump’s recent statements about Iran, including threats to destroy Iranian power plants, bridges, and broader infrastructure, as well as warnings that “a whole civilization” could be wiped out if demands are not met . The video also dives into his Truth Social posts related to the Iran war, the U.S.-Israel conflict, oil supply disruptions, and the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz, which controls a significant portion of global oil flow. With global leaders reacting, oil prices rising, and fears of a wider Middle East conflict intensifying, Dr. G breaks down the psychological and behavioral signals behind the messaging, separating emotional intensity from cognitive function and decision-making processes. Dr. G focuses on the key question viewers are asking: are we seeing loss of impulse control, neurological changes, or deliberate strategic communication during a time of war? By analyzing body language, verbal delivery, and behavioral patterns, this video provides a grounded psychological perspective on one of the most volatile international situations in recent history. Here's what I think is being overlooked. The concussive force of a bullet from a semi-automatic weapon, grazing the temporal bone during the assassination attempt in PA, can cause significant brain trauma even without penetration. Combined with untreated PTSD and chronic sleep deprivation, which his own aides have confirmed, it could absolutely explain his mental decline. Multiple MRIs were reportedly conducted after the assassination attempt, the sequencing alone raises questions. Presidents don't typically undergo multiple MRIs in a short window without a specific clinical reason driving it. Doctors may have been tracking a progression of something they found initially related to brain injury.

🙏Dr G. I have noticed so much shift of ideas jumping from topic to topic, his thinking is very bizarre. This president just can’t seem to stay focused on concluding his trait of thoughts. Why is this man in charge of the country ?

I was raised incredibly conservative Christian. I can tell you for a fact that literally unanimously they would have completely disowned someone no matter what, had they said “Praise be to Allah” and on Easter Sunday no less. Anyone in that camp still following/believing in him has progressed beyond even what I’ve ever seen in that community.

I’m a neurologist that deals with demented patients every day. In recent months, but especially in the last few weeks, I’ve seen a “painful sneer” that seems to be more prominent in his facial interplay than before. Especially in the later part of the press conference, he displays this several times. It’s notable after his mental health is being discussed. It’s not to the point of pseudobulbar affect, as it’s more like a micro-expression, but the mask is slipping. Two and a half years is a very long time for an elderly man who has not been the best steward of his brain health.

if a person thrives off creating complete chaos and it makes them legit “happier” should NOT be a president or leader of any kind in any country, what terrible times we get to experience

"Kim said very nice things about me." He called you a "dotard". Unfortunately, Trump is too much of a dotard to know what a dotard is.

Are we winding down or escalating? "I can't tell you. I don't know." Probably the truest thing he's ever said.
