That's fascinating. Yeah I view a lot of people as nodes, everybody is a node in my grid everyone is a number. I categorized them. It keeps me relaxed and feel in control even when I know I don't. I don't really have that much control, it just keeps my blood pressure down LOL and it keeps me analytical too

This is the understanding of PTSD (Or, at least how I've come to learn in over time and study): PTSD is almost always from bad people doing bad things. It's rarely just that something bad happened to you - it's that someone was responsible for it or there was a reason in someone's control. You experience a tornado and almost die, you're probably going to be better off psychologically than if you had someone try to kill you with a knife.
