I always cleaned everything because it's my gift to ME. Because at the end of the day, when I sit in my clean house, and relax and happen to glance around, I feel like a queen in my own home. 🤷
When my home is organized I feel soo HAPPY PEACEFUL
It’s not always fun, but staying consistent makes such a difference.
This is me. Disorganization is stressful and steals my peace. Having a daily routine is calming for me.
The most underrated part of this is the "Sensory Safety" mentioned at [11:42]. For highly sensitive people, a messy room is like a loud, constant screaming in the background.
We are not cleaning we are keeping it clean.
I was raised 🙏🏼❤❤with the adage " A cluttered house is a cluttered mind." I certainly feel much better in a orderly home.
When my home is clean and organized, I feel a sense of peace and contentment.
I can’t be around clutter drives me insane.
If I don't make my bed when I'm home, I feel disheveled all day.
I am older than I want to say but I recently stayed with a friend whose home is clean and tidy and it felt so good good. I observed what she was doing and a light bulb went off: Tidy as you go! It's been my mantra ever since.
No one is coming over, but my home is cleaned fresh and always ready 🎉❤ I love living alone and walking around a tidy home. It’s daily maintenance touch ups as I go.
That easy to say when it's just you, but when you constantly have to clean behind others every day it gets old real fast.
I love to keep a neat, uncluttered environment. I don’t really like to mop, vac, dust but I do it regularly. Beds, dishes everyday. Always ready for visitors which I don’t get often. 😊
I never realized a clean home could be more about mindset than just chores.😂
Not many of us clean from one end to the other every day. What it comes down to is keeping the clutter down and keeping up with the cleaning rather than catching up.
I’m 76 with chronic back pain. I don’t do well in an unclean house so I have a house keeper every two weeks. What a blessing she is. This video came well timed. Spent the day cleaning out my pantry, garage and office room. Stuff I have been putting off. Feels good to have those areas clean. 😅
This video is "me" 100%. Funny....my In-laws called me "nuts" and cuckoo" years ago. Ridiculed me and mocked me for making the bed daily and keeping our place "just so" . I discovered they were all just jealous of my style of living. ( they are all slobs) and I made them look bad. They did not figure out that my way.....was actually easier. They would spend DAYS cleaning and sorting....and all of that. Before selling their homes....they needed months to clean it out and get it ready to sell.......not me.....and I sold quickly. They saw I had more free time to do things I love....and still live with a well maintained environment.. Sadly I was labeled neurotic by them....that I was disturbed...peculiar...and those words hurt deeply. To this day I still make the bed....and clean up as i go......and I am thankful that there are others out there like me and I not alone. To everyone here in this community....I send you LOVE...LIGHT and MANY BLESSINGS.
My mother kept a beautiful house.
The only control I want is to do less work. A well maintained home doesn't need to be deep cleaned as often, and I don't waste time looking for things I have misplaced.
