100% agree! A clean space = a clear mind.
IT WAS ENJOYABLE TO WATCH.
I used to think I just liked things clean. But the moment my space gets messy, my head does too. Never connected the two until now.
I like how this isn’t about being “disciplined” but about building a system. The idea that cleaning gives your brain a sense of control really clicked for me. No wonder I feel calmer after tidying up.
One thing I've always said is this : " your space you occupy (room, rooms, house, lounge area, mancave ect), IS an extension of your mind, quite literally!"

whenever my mind feels clutter, my first step is cleaning the house, reorganize everything. not just in my house but any house. I can't process a level of quality without a clean room.
My wife only clean the house when somebody 'important' visits Us; it is frustrating for me because I clean the house all the time because I like order and cleanliness, and I feel relaxed; that is why for young people, also pay attention to daily habits of your boyfriend or girlfriend, if you only pay attention to the physical appearance, you are going to have a lot of unpredictable surprises.
I grew up in a small apartment and my parents were chain smoking hoarders. I hated it so much. There was a roach infestation too. I had trouble focusing in school, making friends etc. I was always anxious about going back home. My parents were always fighting which didn't help. Now I'm in my 40's and I take pride in my home and it is very VERY clean. I enjoy cleaning and it probably borders on obsession. And I don't struggle with depression or anxiety anymore.

Growing up, my mom always said "If you clean up everyday, you never have to clean" and it's extremely true. Cleaning the house takes 10 minutes when you clean everyday!!
