These 16 secret places in Florida need to stay a complete secret. They should only be visited by native born Floridians. All outside invasive species of northern parasites should be removed and refused service. Northern parasites need to be banned from Florida and most of the Southeastern states. Hi Florida native here. I’m in my sixth and have been to all but 3. Great video you missed Shark Valley, Fort in Key West, John Pennekamp and🐊 alley where the Indians are.
If you go to Venice Beach Florida. Anytime of year you can find tons of sharks teeth in the sand.

Another location not mentioned here (and not mentioned very often elsewhere) is Bok Tower, near Lake Wales. It has a carillon in the tower, plus flower gardens, open fields with some big Live Oaks for shade (it's higher than the immediate surroundings so you have some nice scenic views) and is a nice, quiet place.
Used to go there in the 1980s way before u could dive it. We entered thru a hole u could jump down into on a ledge. It was rumored to be a civil war "jail".. it was a ledge u could see into the sink hole but no way into it ,unless u jumped ,but would never get out. Way in the back of the back there were human bones. It was private land and has to sneak onto it. Amazing that 40+ yrs later its a national dive site now
Cayo costa has lots of houses on it. Why leave that out? And wild hogs as well
