Since the film's release, an additional human rights treaty has entered in force (the International Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance), bringing the total number of international human rights treaty bodies to ten. The content of the film is the sole responsibility of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for the Human Rights. I would like to know that What is the Value of Human rights Commission's at the United Nation? Are the able to decide and rendered decisions on their Own or they dominate by the Country's commission such as permanent mission of such as Canada or other countries to the UN? Since Human rights Commission at the UN established by these powerful countries How can they decide against them if they find them guilty?

THE SAME GOES FOR ITS SUPPORT OF ISRAEL'S ROLLING OUT OF JEWIISH SETTLEMENTS IN THE PALESTINIAN WEST BANK.
