Camper Van Restored for Travel and Car camping | Cooking favorite vegetables

After 4 years in the USA, we are finally restarting something we deeply missed — our India camper van travel adventures 🇮🇳🚐 Even before Covid, we used to travel across India in our modified Maruti EECO camper van, exploring beautiful places, cooking our own food, and enjoying the freedom of car camping. But after moving to the USA, that lifestyle came to a pause. Now we are back in India, and it feels amazing to restore our travel life again! In this vlog, we rebuilt our camper setup using our Mahindra Bolero Neo without making any permanent modifications to the car. We also show how to use a practical camping box setup for comfortable car camping and road trips. One more thing we truly missed in the USA was some of our favorite Indian vegetables and traditional home-style cooking. So in this vlog, we also prepared a few unique vegetables and dishes that were difficult to find in America — bringing back the taste of home ❤️ This is just the beginning of our new camper van journey across India once again.
