that cop got a alot taller and slimmer lol ...am I missing something Edit: to everyone in the comments who deny reality yes it must obviously be the same cop...he took his wife's name, got a knee job to be taller, he was young then so his ears and nose all drastically changed in two years... That's the first time I've ever seen a Virginia state trooper pull someone over and not give them a ticket.

It’s two different cops. It was obvious to me right away, but in addition to the fact that they don’t look the same and the second cop was taller, the first cop’s name tag says “Casey” and the second cop’s name tag says “Stotler.”

They have different names..this is a different trooper.
