Huh? Only if there was a reflective substance that you could look in to see your surroundings, then this could have been prevented

Its because when he crashed he hit the wall pretty hard on his head so that's why when he walked he passed out

For those who don’t understand, when the man crashed, his body released tons of adrenaline to his heart and lungs, so the adrenaline made the man walk off for a few seconds feeling normal before going down. This really represents how the human body can do so much stuff as a last-ditch effort to survive.
